We at OUU can guarantee that all routes have been vetted and developed by OUU personnel. Typically, OUU would spend at least three to six months to fully immerse ourselves at a destination before distilling the essence and putting together a package. OUU does not market any "production-line" routes to our private clients. 

A typical process involves three steps. First, the travel specialist will contact your regarding your inquiry and confirm your interest. Then, the travel specialist will work with you on customizing your trip. Last, after finalizing details, the travel specialist will start preparing necessary documents including visa.

OUU partners with best tour operators to provide only the most exquisite experiences. Any concerns will be addressed promptly by both OUU global and local teams. Additionally, we have contracted with dedicated security management companies to provide any assistance when necessary.

Most of our bespoke routes are under five people from the same group. Rarely we mix different groups together when asked for and agreed upon. Keeping the group size small ensures the quality of the trip.

Except few remote areas, mobile payments such Alipay and WeChat Pay have been enabled for most OUU destinations. For those remote areas without mobile payments, OUU has Forex protocol in place to assist in making payments.

Our cancellation policy varies by trips due to their bespoke nature. However, we promise to work with our tourists to maximize flexibility when unexpected happens.
